Deeply connected to the bush, he’s passionate about fishing, hunting, and caring for country. Toby is committed to creating opportunities that bring culture, community, and industry into balance. A proud husband and father, he’s grounded by strong family values and a drive to make a lasting, positive impact.

Farhaad is a driven entrepreneur with deep roots in Western Australia’s resource industry. Known for his hands-on leadership and sharp business insight, he’s built a reputation for getting things done with integrity and purpose.
Having led teams across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia, his experience shows both operational depth and a strong commitment to people. His leadership blends strategy with practical execution, creating environments where collaboration and performance thrive.

Away from engineering, Mehdi enjoys gaming, robotics, and programming. He values time with his wife and family, grounding his professional discipline with warmth and balance.
